I had a great stay here where i could easily walk to national oak park and tom blakeney jr hike & bike trail, enjoying the lovely views and fresh air. the staff were friendly and super helpful throughout my visit.

i had a great stay at surestay plus hotel by best western. the staff was fantastic and super helpful with all my questions. the fitness center was nice, equipped with a treadmill and a 3-1 machine. my king room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities i needed. plus, it's right next to the former best western, making it a convenient spot!

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff

I had a pleasant experience with the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, making for restful nights. However, I noticed some cleanliness issues in the common areas that could use improvement.

The beds in the room felt high-quality and were comfortable enough for a decent night’s sleep. It’s handy having an in-room coffee maker and fridge to keep your essentials cool or have a quick caffeine fix.

The hotel shows its age, particularly on the outside where it looks a bit rundown. Inside, the general ambiance doesn't feel much better—lighting is awkward and the carpets carry a clear need for replacement. The absence of an elevator is a big hassle, especially after lugging heavy bags up two flights of stairs. Also had some issues with noise. doors make a ruckus that can disrupt the peace, especially if your neighbors are a loud bunch. Lastly, the breakfast selection didn't offer much variety, so plan on finding a diner nearby for a better meal.

The beds felt like clouds, perfect after a long day! My room was spacious and had a lovely fridge to keep my snacks fresh. Plus, the outdoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind and cool off!

This hotel had very clean rooms and a comfortable bed. However, the check-in process was frustrating due to unhelpful staff, and the breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, the stay was decent, but improvements are definitely needed in service and dining.

Had a decent time at this hotel. The beds were super comfy, and the room had a nice fresh smell when we got in. The lady at the front desk was a lifesaver, trying to help my dad get a room close to mine since he's older. Just wish the pool was clearer—it seemed a bit murky.

Had a wonderful experience! The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring fresh fruits and warm pastries. Anita at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome. The spacious queen room offered much-needed convenience with amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. Definitely recommend for families!
